Today, I'm going to tickle your funny bone a bit!

Starting off with some Halloween memes:

I know very few people who don't like Halloween; it's difficult to be mad about candy and costumes! It also feels like a big nod to my Celtic ancestry, and acknowledging the impact of the Celtic people in the US culture. Modern celebrations are different, naturally, but some aspects are the same: gourds, little treats, emphasis on the paranormal, and disguising yourself.

These seem to really bring those aspects into 2023.

The latter would best describe pre-COVID, but post-college: feeling festive, but still going into the office. College Halloween would be this:

I could have easily passed by this on Halloween in college - many dressed up for class and there wasn't a rule against it. I do disagree with the caption, I have seen things just as odd on my college campus many times!

One notable time, I was touring colleges and passed by a guy in a horse mask on a bike. Another time, a guy was dancing with a unicorn mask on - and I ended up going to that college! It was a game to try to do something weird when we knew groups were touring - bonus points if they were with parents! Personally, my friends and I just danced…

This song ("Hit Me Baby One More Time") was one of the song that was played by people dancing near tours. Without fail, someone would yell, "it's Britney, bitch!"

Now, just some random ones:

And ending on a compilation of funny Halloween videos!

Except, don't tell children that you ate all their Halloween candy! Let them have their joy and teach them to respect other people's boundaries and belongings!
